We're always trying to get your order out to you as fast as possible, but also want you to receive high quality merchandise. This process can take longer than expected.

Keep in mind all products within a single order typically ship together, when all of those items have come into the warehouse. Ordering items that are not marked for pre-order separate from items that are marked for pre-order will allow the items that are in stock to ship as soon as possible.
